Warranty Statement and Return Policy

At Shore Consulting, we are committed to providing high-quality training and equipment in partnership with Bellman & Symfon. We stand behind our products and services, and this document outlines the warranty and return policy that applies to equipment sold by Shore Consulting.

Limited Warranty Coverage

Bellman & Symfon offers a limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid for two (2) years from the date of original purchase, unless otherwise specified for a particular product.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue with your product:

  1. Consult the User Manual
    Begin by reviewing the troubleshooting section of the user manual to resolve any basic issues.
     

  2. Contact Shore Consulting Training and Equipment
    If the problem persists, reach out to the Shore Consulting Training and Equipment.
     

  3. Provide Proof of Purchase
    You will be required to submit the original sales invoice as proof of purchase in order to process the claim.

Warranty Exclusions

The following are not covered under this limited warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear
     

  • Misuse, mishandling, or abuse
     

  • Unauthorized modifications or alterations
     

  • Damage resulting from accidents or environmental factors
     

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product:

  • Return Period: Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
     

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all accessories and packaging intact to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
     

  • Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives damaged, we recommend refusing the delivery and notifying Bellman & Symfon or Shore Consulting immediately for assistance.
