At Shore Consulting, we are committed to providing high-quality training and equipment in partnership with Bellman & Symfon. We stand behind our products and services, and this document outlines the warranty and return policy that applies to equipment sold by Shore Consulting.
Limited Warranty Coverage
Bellman & Symfon offers a limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid for two (2) years from the date of original purchase, unless otherwise specified for a particular product.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you experience an issue with your product:

Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product:

Return Period: Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all accessories and packaging intact to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
